- All new characters have 5 passive and 3 active skills
- skill types:
passive- ambient and always-running,
active- offensive or defensive, willfully turned on or off.
- Race abilities are optional and are not required to be followed.
- New skills can be acquired through training or thought by a character or npc in a topic. These must be registered as they are obtained.
